My name is Blaine Clements, I am a Caseworker with the Human Services Agency. I provide case management for women at the Our Place Women’s Shelter. I started working for Washoe County in 2020 and prior to that I was a Victim Advocate with the City of Reno for six years. I am new to the WCEA Board, and I am very excited to be involved and learn. During my time off I enjoy spending time with my wife and two kids and doing outdoor activities. I look forward to serving on the WCEA of Board of Directors.
