The Washoe County Employees Association (WCEA) proudly represents eligible supervisory and non-supervisory employees of Washoe County, Nevada. Members of the WCEA enjoy the benefits of a full-time labor representative and one of the most skilled and knowledgeable labor attorneys in the State of Nevada.
Members also receive immediate representation in grievances, disciplinary actions, layoffs and terminations, plus answers to questions they may have regarding any facet of county employment.
