On occasion, our members are asked to sign a “Last Chance Agreement” in lieu of serious disciplinary action or termination. Sometimes the language in these agreements limits the ability of the employee to access some or all of our contractual provisions particularly in the “Just Cause” and “Due Process” domains. Before signing such an agreement please send it to the WCEA office so that our attorney can review it. This is one of the many ways we provide protection to our members.
